Sobha Limited

Sobha Limited was founded in 1995 by PNC Menon and is chaired by Ravi PNC Menon, with Jagadish Nangineni as managing director and Nisanth M N as deputy managing director. The company is based in Bengaluru.

It builds in 14 cities, among them Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, GIFT City, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, Mysuru, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram. Alongside homes it runs a contracting business and commercial assets including Sobha City Mall.

What separates Sobha from most developers is backward integration. Interiors, glazing and metal works, concrete products and even mattress manufacturing are in-house, so a large share of what goes into a building is made by the company itself.
