Get in touch with Propmonk
Propmonk is a property advisory service that helps you find, compare and buy new homes from established developers. Share your name and mobile number in the form, and an advisor will call you back to understand what you are looking for. There is no brokerage fee for buyers, so our advice costs you nothing.
Most people who contact us are at one of three stages. Some are still choosing a locality, some have shortlisted a few projects, and some are ready to visit a site or book. Whatever stage you are at, the first call is about your budget, the size of home you need and where you want to live.
What happens after you enquire
- An advisor calls you back on the number you share.
- We confirm your budget, preferred localities, home size and the timeline you are working to.
- We send you a shortlist of projects that match, with price lists, floor plans and brochures for each.
- We arrange free site visits to the projects you want to see, on a day that suits you.
- When you choose a home, we help you through the booking paperwork and your home loan options.
What we can send you
Price lists. Unit-wise prices for every configuration a project offers, so you can compare like with like across projects and localities.
Brochures. The developer's brochure, covering the project's layout, amenities and specifications. Ask for it here or with the Download Brochure button on any project page.
Floor plans and master plans. Layouts for each unit type, and the site plan showing towers, open spaces and where the amenities sit.
Home loan guidance. Our EMI calculator gives you a first estimate of your monthly payment. An advisor can then walk you through eligibility and the lenders worth comparing.
How booking a new home usually works
Booking a new home follows a similar path with most developers. After a site visit you choose a unit and pay an expression of interest or a booking amount. You then submit KYC documents, such as your PAN card and address proof.
The developer issues an allotment letter confirming your unit. The agreement for sale is then signed and registered. Payments after that follow the plan you agree with the developer, and are often linked to construction stages.
Before you pay anything, check that the project is registered with the state RERA authority. Where a project has a RERA number, it is shown on the project page, and you can verify it on the state RERA website.
Cities we cover
We list new projects in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai. We also cover Mysore, Coimbatore, Goa, Kochi, Mangalore, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mandya and Villupuram. Bangalore has the widest choice, from apartments around Whitefield and Sarjapur Road to plots and villas near Devanahalli.
