Casagrand

Casagrand, registered as Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, began in Chennai in 2003 and is now among south India's larger residential developers. It reports more than 180 completed landmarks, 88 million sq ft developed and over 55,000 families housed.

The company builds in Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Pune, with an office in Dubai. Its range covers apartments, independent villas, plotted developments and commercial and industrial space under Casagrand SpaceIntell.

In Bengaluru it is most active in the north and east of the city, where its projects are pitched at mid-segment and premium buyers rather than the luxury end.
