Propmonk is a property advisory service that helps people find, compare and buy new homes from established developers. We showcase apartments, villas and plots across India, and we help buyers from the first search to the day they book. Buyers pay us no brokerage, so our advice costs you nothing.

Buying a new home is harder than it should be. Project details are scattered across brochures, advertisements and developer websites. Prices are hard to find and harder to compare. Many buyers only discover what a project is really like after several phone calls and a long drive to the site.

We want to change that. Each project on Propmonk has its own page, with the details a buyer needs to decide whether it is worth a visit.

What you will find on Propmonk

• Project pages. Configurations, sizes, prices, amenities, specifications, location and RERA registration, set out the same way for every project so they are easy to compare.
• Price lists. Unit-wise prices where the developer has shared them, and a price list on request for every project.
• Floor plans and master plans. Layouts for each unit type and the full site plan, sent to you on request.
• Locality guides. What each city and neighbourhood is like to live in, its connectivity and the kind of homes it offers.
• Developer pages. An overview of each developer and every project of theirs that we list.
• Tools. An EMI calculator for a first estimate of your monthly payment.

How we help buyers

A website can only take you so far. When you are ready, our advisors help in person and on the phone.

1. Understanding what you need. We start with your budget, the size of home you need, where you work and where you want to live.
2. A shortlist that fits. We suggest projects that match, and explain the trade-offs between them honestly.
3. Free site visits. We arrange visits to the projects you want to see, on a day that suits you.
4. Booking and paperwork. We guide you through the booking form, KYC, the allotment letter and the agreement for sale.
5. Home loans. We explain your options and help you compare lenders.

What we believe in

Honest advice. A good advisor tells you when a project is not right for you. We would rather lose a booking than lose your trust.

Clear information. We present each project in the same way, so you can compare prices, sizes and amenities side by side. Where something is not known, such as a price not yet released, we say so.

Verified projects. We show each project's RERA registration where it has one, and encourage every buyer to check it on the state RERA website.

No cost to buyers. Our advice, site visits and help with booking are free for buyers, from the first call to your booking.

Bangalore is our largest market, with projects across Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Hebbal, Electronic City, Devanahalli and many other localities. We also list projects in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai. Our coverage extends to Mysore, Mandya, Coimbatore, Kochi, Mangalore, Goa, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Villupuram.

We cover apartments, villas, row houses and plotted developments, from new launches and pre-launch offers to ready-to-move-in homes.
