Properties in Devanahalli

Devanahalli is a town about 40 kilometres north of Bangalore, best known as the birthplace of Tipu Sultan and as the location of Kempegowda International Airport. It was a taluk headquarters long before the airport arrived in 2008.

The airport reset its land market. Hardware parks, an aerospace SEZ and business parks followed, and land that had been agricultural became the city's main plotted-development frontier. It remains one of the few places near Bangalore where large layouts are still possible.

That shows in what we list. Plots make up the largest share here, which is unusual for a Bangalore locality, with apartments and villas close behind. Plots in Devanahalli and the homes around them run from about ₹23 lakh to ₹9.3 crore, with the middle near ₹90 lakh, so the entry point is well below the eastern corridors. Brigade Group, Prestige Group and House of Hiranandani are the most active developers.
