Prestige Gardenia Estate Phase 2 is an ongoing plotted development project by Prestige Group in Devanahalli, Bangalore, and the second stage of the Gardenia Estate neighbourhood. Prestige Group launched it in 2026 on roughly 21 acres of Gundlahalli village land, to the north-west of the old town of Devanahalli. The phase holds 195 plots, which fill just over half its 84,881 sq m area, while roads, two civic sites and six parks take the remainder. Earlier plots on the neighbouring land form Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots, the earlier phase, registered separately. Buyers get serviced land and build a home to their own design, on their own timeline. Roads and services are due by October 2027, and each house is then the owner's own project.
