GK Hill View pricing opens at Rs. 69 Lakhs for the smallest regular site and tops out at Rs. 1.35 Cr on the 40x60 ft size. Land is sold from Rs. 5,499 a sq ft, and the 50x80 ft sites are quoted one by one.

Corner sites, park-facing plots and preferred facings may cost more than the base rate. GK Hill View has a finished layout as of October 2026. Site work began in April 2024, and sales opened in June 2025. The promoter applied to K-RERA for completion in March 2026, and plots can be registered today.
