Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots carries no developer price today, because Prestige Group marks the first phase sold out. Owners do list plots for resale now and again, and our team keeps a note of those listings.

Resale figures move with size, road width, facing and park frontage, and corner plots tend to ask more. Budget for stamp duty and registration charges over the agreed price, and for the club fee if you choose to join.

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots splits its 516 plots into seven regular sizes plus a group of irregular plots. Here is how the registered layout breaks down:

• 9.14 x 15.24 m (30 x 50 ft, 1,500 sq ft): 246
• 12.19 x 18.29 m (40 x 60 ft, 2,400 sq ft): 123
• 15.24 x 24.38 m (50 x 80 ft, 4,000 sq ft): 21
• Four in-between sizes of roughly 1,695 to 2,141 sq ft: 35
• Irregular plots shaped by the boundary: 91

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots comes serviced to the plot line: drinking water, treated water, sewer and electricity each reach the plot, and data cables run in buried ducts. Overhead wires are avoided, since power travels underground to feeder pillars.

The road grid starts with an 18 m entry boulevard and branches into 12 m streets and 9 m lanes, finished in asphalt and lined with avenue trees. LED lamps light the streets. Treated sewage water is reused for flushing and the common gardens, and recharge pits capture rainwater.

Other services include a water treatment plant, a sewage treatment plant and organic waste processing. At the gate, RFID barriers, a security cabin, guards and CCTV control entry.

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots holds the Karnataka number PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/200525/007761, listed as "Prestige Gardenia Estate" in the name of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. The certificate dates from 20 May 2025 and covers all 516 plots.

Its layout was sanctioned by STRRPA, the planning body for the STRR belt, as plan STRRPA/TP/LAO/50/2024-25 on 4 April 2025. The second phase was registered on its own in 2026.

Prestige Gardenia Estate Plots moved from 46% in the December 2025 quarter to 59% in March 2026 and 66% in June 2026. Road work led at 67%, with civic sites at 30% and parks at 20%.
