Properties in Sarjapura Road

Sarjapura Road is a corridor running south-east out of Bangalore, from the Outer Ring Road at Agara towards Sarjapur town. It began as a route between villages and became a housing belt because the tech campuses of Whitefield and Electronic City sit at either end of it.

That position is the whole story of its property market. Workers at both employment hubs can reach either, which sustained demand through cycles that hurt more one-sided locations. A metro line from Sarjapur to Hebbal was approved in December 2024, and the Blue Line to the airport is under construction nearby.

This is the densest locality we cover anywhere. Apartments lead, but villas have a real presence here that most Bangalore corridors lack, and some plotted land remains. Three- and four-bedroom homes dominate the mix. Flats in Sarjapur Road on our listings run from about ₹19 lakh to ₹10.6 crore, with the middle near ₹1.54 crore.
