About Old Madras Road
Old Madras Road is the historic eastern highway out of Bangalore towards Chennai, running through Indiranagar and KR Puram before reaching Budigere and Hoskote. Parts of it are among the oldest developed stretches in the city.
Its advantage is directness. The road runs straight into central Bangalore, the Purple Line metro follows much of it, and the outer sections reach open land at prices the inner east no longer offers. That combination has drawn steady residential development.
Everything we list here is apartments. Three-bedroom homes are the most common format, with a meaningful two-bedroom share. Prices run from about ₹47 lakh to ₹6.8 crore with the middle near ₹94 lakh, which is low for an eastern corridor. Brigade Group lists the most projects here, ahead of Bren Corporation, Salarpuria Sattva Group and Shriram Properties.
