Construction Status
Prestige Garden Breeze received its Karnataka RERA registration, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/080926/008919, on 8 September 2026. In early September 2026, the 10-acre land near Ittangur Village, off Sarjapur Road in Sarjapur Hobli, was being prepared for construction in line with the RERA project schedule. Possession is scheduled for 30 December 2030.
Site Progress Update: September 2026
Getting ready to build: Levelling of the 10-acre land is complete, and heavy machinery and drilling rigs are now reaching the site.
Protecting nature: Existing trees across the 45+ amenity zones are being marked and protected, so the planned gardens and parks stay green.
Soil checks finished: Ground and soil investigations are over, clearing engineers to begin the main foundation work in November.
