About KR Puram
KR Puram is an east Bangalore town on Old Madras Road, built around a railway junction and a chain of lakes. It predates the city's eastern expansion and retains a working commercial centre of its own.
Its market is built on transport. The Purple Line metro, the railway station and the Old Madras Road corridor all meet here, and Whitefield and the ORR tech belt are both close. It offers eastern access at prices below the corridors it connects.
Everything we list here is complete, with nothing under construction at present. Apartments make up almost all of it, and three-bedroom homes lead. Flats in KR Puram run from about ₹40 lakh to ₹1.49 crore with the middle near ₹85 lakh, among the more affordable eastern options. Casagrand and Shriram Properties list the most projects.
