The registration of Assetz Muse & Maison with Karnataka RERA, dated 4 May 2026, carries the number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/040526/008618. Assetz Private Limited is the promoter, through a joint development deal with the landowner.

BDA sanctioned the building plan on 9 April 2026. The land has residential conversion and an A Khata, and NOCs from BESCOM, KSPCB, the fire department and AAI are in place with SEIAA clearance. Buyer payments go into a RERA escrow account at Axis Bank.

Groundwork of Assetz Muse & Maison began on 20 April 2026, after a project start date of 1 March 2026. Earthwork and levelling reached 95% by the end of June 2026.

The plinth is scheduled for March 2027, and the tower frame between January 2027 and April 2028. Completion is registered for 31 March 2030.
