Homes are modest in size: a 1 BHK offers roughly 370 sq ft of carpet area and a 3 BHK roughly 760 sq ft. Residents share a planned 28,000 sq ft clubhouse with Godrej Park Retreat Phase 2, the later phase. Outdoor courts, a pool and long garden walks fill the campus plan.
