Prestige Aston Park towers have an RCC frame, with vitrified tiles in the rooms and ceramic tiles outside on each balcony. UPVC or aluminium sliding windows and balcony doors are fitted.

Bathroom walls are tiled up to the false ceiling, with chrome fittings, countertop basins and geysers, and solar hot water on the top two floors. Concealed copper wiring, modular switches, an ELCB and a separate meter go into each home. A generator backs up shared spaces, and full home backup is an extra.
