Rohan Builders was founded in 1993 and is led by chairman and managing director Suhas Lunkad, with Milind Lunkad, Sanjay Lunkad and Deepak Bhatewara as directors. More than 2,200 people work across the group.
The company has developed around 15 million sq ft and builds in Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai. Beyond homes it works in infrastructure, industrial contracting, warehousing and agrotech, and has built highways, tunnels and bridges in Punjab, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
It holds a DA2+ rating from CRISIL, participates in the UN Global Compact and is certified by Great Place to Work.
