Rajarajeshwari Nagar is a large west Bangalore suburb off Mysore Road, named for its temple and laid out from the 1980s onwards. It is established but still has undeveloped pockets, which is unusual this close to the city.

The Purple Line metro extension and the Mysore Road expressway both serve it, and the NICE Road junction gives access south and east without crossing the city. That combination has drawn larger developers in recent years.

Our listings are mostly apartments with one plotted project, and more than half are under construction. One-, two- and three-bedroom homes make up nearly all of it. Prices run from about ₹35 lakh to ₹1.52 crore with the middle near ₹73 lakh, well below the western premium pockets. Birla Estates lists the most projects here.
