About Magadi Road
Magadi Road is a western arterial running from Bangalore city towards Magadi town, through older, densely built neighbourhoods before reaching open country. It is one of the city's historic exit roads.
Development here has been slower than on the corridors serving the tech belt, and the area retains a working-city character. The Purple Line metro runs nearby, and the NICE Road junction gives access to the southern and eastern corridors.
Our listings are mostly apartments, and much of what is available is ready to move or complete rather than under construction. Two- and three-bedroom homes lead. Prices run from about ₹44 lakh to ₹2.46 crore with the middle near ₹1.12 crore. Puravankara lists the most projects, with Birla Estates, Salarpuria Sattva Group and Provident Housing also present.
