Properties in Rajajinagar

Rajajinagar is a planned west Bangalore suburb laid out in the 1950s, one of the city's first large post-independence extensions. It is fully established, with wide blocks, the Orion Mall complex and the Green Line metro running through it.

New supply is almost entirely redevelopment of older plots, which is why what does get built here aims high. Its central position on the west side, with the CBD close and the airport road accessible, supports those prices.

Everything we list is apartments, and nearly all of it is complete. Three-, four- and five-bedroom homes make up the mix, with almost no small formats. Flats in Rajajinagar run from about ₹2.43 crore to ₹10.9 crore with the middle near ₹3.7 crore, which puts it among the most expensive localities we cover. Sobha Limited and Phoenix Mills list the most.
