Next to the expressway to Mysuru, in the Dharapura village area beyond Bidadi, M R Infra registered a community of 228 plots that is sold as Guru Punvaanii Eureka. The sanctioned land measures nearly 16.5 acres, and the cheapest plot carries a tag of Rs. 36.6 Lakhs. Reaching Dharapura

Official details name Dharapura village in Kasaba Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and district, with pincode 562128. Drivers leaving Bidadi town continue further west towards Ramanagara. Some advertisements give Nelamangala as the location, though that is a different corner of the city, so open a map before planning the trip.

Four things shape the journey:

• The expressway (NH 275), carrying traffic from March 2023 and a brief drive away

Two documents answer it. A completion certificate, or else the final release order, proves the works are done and that registration is possible. The newest RERA order shows if the deadline was extended again.

Guru Punvaanii Properties runs from Seshadripuram and mainly produces plotted layouts near Anekal, Attibele, Bidadi and Magadi Road, apart from some in Kolar and Mysuru. Eureka belongs to its older batch, so a visit reveals real tarmac and landscaping in place of drawings.

This is land for those who want a Mysuru-side address and an entry cost below Rs. 40 Lakhs. Families working in Ramanagara or the Bidadi industrial area suit it, and so do investors planning to keep a plot for years before building. Simple planning with parks and children's play areas rounds out the appeal.

House construction follows the plot and costs more. Anyone needing to move in soon, or wanting a clubhouse with a pool, should compare other projects. Offices in eastern and northern Bangalore lie a long way off.
