Total Environment

Total Environment was founded in 1996 by architects Kamal Sagar and Shibanee Sagar, and works from Bengaluru. Design, construction, furniture, landscaping and property management are all handled in-house rather than contracted out.

The company has delivered more than 6 million sq ft to over 1,600 customers, covering upwards of 1,900 homes. It builds in Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad, and has started a community in Frisco, Texas.

Its homes are known for terrace gardens, exposed brick and timber, and layouts drawn for each project rather than repeated. Communities include Windmills of Your Mind, Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody, Over the Rainbow and After the Rain.
