The Prestige City Indirapuram is an under-construction residential township development project by Prestige Group in Indirapuram, Delhi NCR. Prestige is building it as three neighbourhoods on one 62.5-acre parcel along NH-24 in Ghaziabad. Together they are planned for 4,041 flats spread over 23 towers. Hafeez Contractor is the principal architect, working with Cracknell on the landscape.

Every neighbourhood is a phase in its own right, with separate plans, prices and RERA papers. The three, each with a page of its own, are listed below:

Mulberry: the biggest by home count, built as the Aspen and Birch clusters
Oakwood: Cedar, Deodar and Elm blocks, with towers between 41 and 46 storeys
Mayflower: the newest of the three, registered in July 2025 near the entrance

What the phases share is the setting. A Forum mall, a central green of over 25 acres and a ring boulevard that keeps cars out of the middle all belong to the township as a whole. Towers rise to between 41 and 50 floors, and the design follows IGBC Gold criteria.
