Pallavaram is a south Chennai suburb between the airport and Tambaram, one of the oldest continuously settled parts of the city with rock-cut caves dating to the Pallava period. It is a municipality with its own dense commercial core.
Its market runs on transport. The airport is adjacent, the suburban railway line runs through it, and GST Road and the Outer Ring Road both pass close by. That access, rather than any single employer, is what sustains demand.
Our listings are mostly apartments, with a quarter of them still upcoming. Two- and three-bedroom homes make up nearly all of the mix.
