Concorde Sienna, Hennur Main Road: What Buyers Should Know (October 2026)
In North Bangalore's Kannuru, along Hennur Main Road, Concorde Group has launched Concorde Sienna. Before paying a booking amount, buyers should know the setting, plans, prices, RERA record, construction stage and what to verify.
The Project in Brief
A single high-rise carries all 260 apartments, built across a 3-acre plot. Beneath the ground floor are two basement levels, and 28 floors climb above it to 91.5 m. The ground floor is planned with eight homes, while each typical floor has nine.
In early 2026 Concorde first teased an unnamed launch along Hennur Main Road. The name Concorde Sienna appeared when Karnataka RERA registered the project that June. Brochures from the pre-launch phase describe the same land and the same tower.
Is It the Right Fit?
Couples and families working close to Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Road or the airport corridor are the intended audience. It suits people who like wide views from upper floors and a compact community instead of a campus of several towers. Completion is proposed for July 2031.
A buyer wanting possession in the next two to three years has more choice among finished and nearly finished projects on Hennur Road. With one tower there is a single construction schedule, and no earlier phase on the land to inspect.
Where It Is
The registered address covers survey numbers 110/2 and 108 (parts 108/1, 108/2 and 108/3) in Bengaluru East Taluk, under Bidarahalli Hobli, at Kannur Village. Kannur Lake borders the western side, while Hennur Main Road runs along the east. Southward, that road meets Hennur Cross and then the Outer Ring Road, while northward it heads for Bagalur and the airport.

Rush-hour traffic is heavy on the Hebbal side and along the Outer Ring Road. Time your own drive to work at a weekday dawn rush and again at dusk. Reaching Whitefield, Sarjapur Road or Electronic City from here is a long haul.
Plans and Starting Prices
The 2 BHK opens at Rs. 126 Lakhs, and the largest 3 BHK reaches Rs. 1.96 Crore. At entry level that averages roughly Rs. 10,500 a sq ft over the plans.

The RERA mix is 58 units of two bedrooms, 58 of two and a half, and 144 of three. On a typical floor, carpet areas span roughly 787 sq ft for a 2 BHK up to roughly 1,185 sq ft at the top end. Agreements for sale quote carpet area, which makes it the fair yardstick between projects.
Under-construction purchases carry 5% GST. In Karnataka, any home priced above Rs. 45 Lakhs also pays 5.6% stamp duty (cess and surcharge included) and 2% registration. Floor-rise charges in tall towers can shift upper-floor prices, so request the cost sheet for the exact floor and run it through the EMI calculator.
Layout and Facilities
Barely 13% of the plot is built over, so landscaping, driveways and play areas get the remainder. Room for 286 vehicles is planned, split into 268 covered bays below ground and 18 in the open. The 10,000 sq ft clubhouse is called Club Evolve.
Amenities are planned for residents' daily use. They include a reception with lounge, multipurpose hall, business lounge, seating gallery, barbecue corner, kids' play zone, gymnasium and swimming pool.
Registration, Sanction and Progress
Registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/220626/008740 was issued by Karnataka RERA on June 22, 2026. The promoter, Concorde Housing Corporation Pvt Ltd, also owns the land. On April 24, 2026 the Bangalore Development Authority cleared the building plan, and payments from buyers are held in a project account at HDFC Bank.
Work was due to begin on July 1, 2026, with completion proposed for July 27, 2031. The quarterly update of July 15, 2026 recorded earthwork just beginning and every one of the 260 homes still available. Future updates should show floors finished and homes booked.
The Builder

Verify Before You Book
A 2031 handover deserves close reading. Work through this list.
- Check the unit number, carpet area, completion date and RERA number against the Karnataka RERA portal
- Ask for the plan as sanctioned, plus the number of lifts serving each floor of nine homes
- Ask for a cost sheet for your own floor that itemises parking, club, deposits and floor rise
- Read how payments are scheduled and what the agreement for sale says about delays
- Find out how rainwater leaves the site toward Kannur Lake and how wide a buffer is left at the shore
- Drive to your office along Hennur Main Road at rush hour
