Brigade Citrine, Old Madras Road: Prices, Net Zero Plan and RERA Details (October 2026)
A tall, compact launch has arrived on the eastern side of the city: Brigade Citrine, which Brigade Group is building at Nimbekayipura, with access from the Budigere Cross end of Old Madras Road. Work has begun under a RERA registration, and handover is promised for 30 June 2029. The sections below cover the address, floor plans, prices, the net zero angle, the approvals and questions to ask before booking.
Where the Project Is
Nimbekayipura Village falls within Bidarahalli Hobli in Bengaluru East Taluk, and the pincode is 560049. Survey numbers 23/6B, 23/6A and 23/2 form the land, plus 23/10, which was once part of 23/4. The city's eastern edge is the setting, and Old Madras Road is the way in.
Heading one way, the road takes traffic towards KR Puram and onward into the city, and the other way it runs to Hoskote. Offices in Whitefield and KR Puram can both be reached by road. People living in completed Brigade communities on this stretch know the daily drive, schools and shops far better than a map, so talk to them and try a rush-hour run.
The Scheme at a Glance
A pair of 30-floor towers occupies a 4.5-acre plot and holds 420 homes in all. The essentials are as follows.

The unit list also carries 58 three-bedroom plans with only two bathrooms and 62 two-bedroom plans, and our team can send current prices for both. On a per sq ft basis the smallest home is the dearest: a 1 BHK works out near Rs. 12,000 a sq ft, whereas larger plans fall in a Rs. 11,200-11,800 band.
Because the homes are still under construction, 5% GST is added to the base price. Karnataka charges registration at 2% and stamp duty at 5% with surcharges on homes beyond Rs. 45 Lakhs. Charges for floor rise, parking, club membership and maintenance deposit usually come separately.
Who the Project Fits
Two quite different buyers can be served. A solo professional or investor can enter through a compact 1 BHK priced below Rs. 90 Lakhs, and a bigger family can go for the 3 BHK or the 4 BHK, which tops 2,500 sq ft. Anyone who likes upper storeys and sweeping views gets plenty of both in towers of this height.
A handover in mid-2029 makes it unsuitable for people needing to relocate soon. Households preferring a low-rise block, or generous land per home, may want to compare larger campuses in the area.
What Net Zero Means Here
Brigade Group has pitched Citrine as its first residential project aimed at net zero, and elements of Citrine's design and energy approach are also appearing in Brigade Lumina and other projects. A net zero building offsets the energy it consumes with clean energy generated or purchased on its behalf.
The practical points matter more to a buyer. Ask which certification is sought and when it is awarded, which systems deliver the result, and who will run them and foot the bill once the owners' association takes charge.
Clubhouse and Outdoor Features
A jogging track, a swimming pool, a gym and several sports courts are included. Wet weather is covered by a mini theatre plus indoor games space, while a play area and a separate activity area serve children. Landscaped gardens, and a party area, plus shops at street level beneath the towers, round out the plan.
On a small site, tall towers raise a genuine question about lift capacity. Get the lifts per tower, lift and pump power backup, and the expected maintenance per sq ft confirmed in writing.
Regulatory Status
Registration PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/131224/007287 was granted by Karnataka RERA in December 2024, and the Bangalore Development Authority approved the building plan. Work is recorded as starting on 23 December 2024, with 30 June 2029 declared as the completion date.
A single registration takes in the 420 homes of both towers, which means one completion date applies to everyone. The state RERA website carries the number and each quarterly progress report.
Questions Before You Commit
A 2029 handover needs tidy documents and a reasonable payment schedule. Go through the points below.
- Check the agreement's survey numbers against the title deeds and the encumbrance certificate.
- Request the carpet area for the chosen home, because RERA counts carpet space, not built-up space.
- Confirm the lifts per tower and how power backup works.
- Ask for the net zero certification papers in writing.
- Obtain a single sheet totalling parking, GST, floor rise, club charges and deposits.
- Check that instalments follow construction milestones.
