Hinjawadi is a western Pune locality built around the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, a phased IT township that holds the majority of the city's technology employment. It was farmland before the park arrived in the late 1990s.

Everything about its housing market follows from that concentration. Demand is employment-driven and largely rental at the lower end, and the single road in has been the corridor's defining constraint for years. Pune Metro Line 3 from Hinjawadi to Shivajinagar is under construction to address exactly that.

Everything we list here is apartments, and most of it is complete. Two-bedroom homes are the dominant format by a wide margin, which reflects who lives here. Flats in Hinjawadi run from about ₹36 lakh to ₹86 lakh with the middle near ₹65 lakh, a tight band aimed at the workforce nearby. Godrej Properties lists the most, with Shapoorji Pallonji and Rohan Builders also present.
