Brigade Horizon, Kambipura: Construction Status, Prices and Resale Checks (2026)

Few Bangalore projects offer a mix of low buildings and near-finished construction the way Brigade Horizon does. Brigade Group built it on five acres at Kambipura, along Mysore Road in the west of the city. This piece covers progress on site, the registration, the cost of each home type, the neighbourhood and a checklist for anyone considering a purchase or resale.
Progress on Site
Construction started in June 2022. Brigade's quarterly filing of 15 July 2026 showed sixteen blocks, C through R, completely finished. The two tallest, Blocks A and B, are at 95% after 75% six months before. Finishing work therefore remains ahead of the 31 December 2026 date promised on the registration.
The registration shows the land free of litigation. The Bangalore Development Authority sanctioned the building plan in May 2022. For water the plan relies on borewells, BWSSB supply and the local authority.
Registration Details
The project was registered by Karnataka RERA in July 2022, on the 19th. The developer is Brigade Enterprises Limited, which is the group's listed company. For postal purposes, it is in the village of Kambipura in Kengeri hobli, with 560060 as its pincode.
Over 60% of the land is left open. Eighteen blocks, lettered A to R, hold 372 apartments in total: 207 with two bedrooms, 109 with three, 50 with one and 6 with four. Parking totals 402 spaces, of which 388 are covered.
Cost by Home Type
Areas below are super built-up. The 615 sq ft one-bedroom home costs from Rs. 44 Lakhs up to Rs. 47 Lakhs, and a two-bedroom of 1,013 sq ft between Rs. 85 Lakhs and Rs. 90 Lakhs. A three-bedroom home of 1,438 sq ft is priced from Rs. 120 Lakhs to Rs. 140 Lakhs. The 2,603 sq ft four-bedroom, at the top, runs from Rs. 240 Lakhs to Rs. 270 Lakhs.
By area, that is roughly Rs. 7,150 a sq ft at the small end and Rs. 9,200 at the large end. A one-bedroom home has a carpet space of near 409 sq ft. A two-bedroom has between 635 and 667 sq ft, a three-bedroom between 915 and 990 sq ft. A four-bedroom home offers carpet space from 1,658 to 1,722 sq ft, and a few include a big private terrace.
Very little stock is left. In the July 2026 update, 368 homes out of 372 were shown as booked. The four that remain are four-bedroom units, all in Blocks A and B, priced from Rs. 250 Lakhs. Smaller sizes now appear mostly as resale, and our EMI calculator turns any budget into a monthly figure.
The Neighbourhood
The entrance faces Mysore Road, by the Kumbalgodu village limit and slightly past Kengeri. The ten-lane Mysuru expressway beside it carries traffic towards NICE Road and into the city. Challaghatta, the Purple Line's last station on this side, comes one stop after Kengeri.
Off-peak drives are short. Within five minutes are the Kengeri campus of Christ University, the Rajarajeshwari medical college with its hospital, and the Don Bosco engineering institute. Kengeri metro is six minutes off, Decathlon ten, and the Bidadi industrial belt, home to Bosch and Wonderla, around fifteen. Mysore Road slows near Kengeri and the NICE Road junction in office hours, so a trial drive at the time of your own commute tells more than a map.
Who Fits Here
Anyone who dislikes tall towers will note that all but two blocks stop at three or four floors. Lifts are quick to reach and green space is near every entrance. Blocks A and B alone rise to nine floors, where the largest homes are.
The address pays off most for households with jobs or classes in the west. People employed in Bidadi, parents with children at nearby campuses, and first-time buyers moving from Kengeri or Rajarajeshwari Nagar fit well. Travelling every day to Whitefield or to the airport would weigh on the household.
Layout and Shared Spaces
Open ground separates the blocks across the plot. Among the lower blocks, C and D have three floors each and fourteen more (E to R) have four, with A and B at nine. Six blocks have basement parking, and the others use surface or covered spaces.
Shared spaces centre on lawns, a hall and a pool. Facilities include a swimming pool with a children's pool of its own, a gym, outdoor exercise equipment, a multipurpose hall and a library. For games there are table tennis, foosball and a pool table, plus a jogging track, yoga and activity lawns, a children's play area and a convenience store.
Practical Steps Before Buying
A purchase here is partly new sale and partly resale, so paperwork differs by home. Cover these points:
- Find the project's page on the state RERA website and read its most recent quarterly report.
- Request your block's occupancy certificate, as GST applies if a home is sold before one is issued.
- Find out whether water comes from a working BWSSB connection or the block still uses borewells.
- For a resale, collect the registered sale deed, the encumbrance certificate and the khata, plus a letter of no dues from the owner.
- Check the agreement's carpet area and parking number against the registered plan.
- When deciding how much to borrow, include stamp duty and registration in the budget.
For homes priced over Rs. 45 Lakhs, stamp duty comes to 5.6% after cess and surcharge, and registration to 2%. Together they add around Rs. 6.46 Lakhs to a home of Rs. 85 Lakhs. Other Brigade Group projects across the city make a useful comparison before you decide.
