Brigade Granada, Whitefield: Prices, Plans and Pre-Booking Checks (2026)
Brigade Group's new township Brigade Granada occupies a 40-acre site at Sannathammanahalli beside Kattamanallur, on the far eastern edge of Whitefield. Plans call for around two thousand apartments across fourteen towers, ranging from one bedroom to four, with possession aimed at 2030 or later. This article starts with what the homes cost, then covers the surroundings, the facilities, construction details and the paperwork to verify.
What the Apartments Cost
Six floor plans are available, between 730 sq ft and 2,760 sq ft. The opening price for each is given below.
- One-bedroom home, 730 sq ft: from Rs. 1.07 Crore
- Two-bedroom home, 1,275 sq ft: from Rs. 1.79 Crore
- Three bedrooms with two bathrooms, 1,540 sq ft: from Rs. 2.19 Crore
- Three bedrooms with three bathrooms, 1,820 sq ft: from Rs. 2.59 Crore
- Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a study, 2,240 sq ft: from Rs. 3.29 Crore
- Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a maid's room, 2,760 sq ft: from Rs. 3.99 Crore
Divide each price by its area and the rate falls between roughly Rs. 14,000 and Rs. 14,700 per sq ft. The two-bedroom plan is the least expensive by that yardstick, and the one-bedroom and the study variant are the most. The final amount depends on floor level, facing and the tower chosen.
Expect additions to the base rate for a flat that is not yet built. The usual ones are GST, parking, club fees, a maintenance deposit, registration at 2% and stamp duty of 5% plus surcharges on values above Rs. 45 Lakhs. The Location
Granada's postal details: Sannathammanahalli, near Kattamanallur, pin 560067. In geographic terms this is the north-east tip of Whitefield, beyond Kadugodi, where the road heads to Hoskote.
Several eastern job hubs are a short drive away. Landmarks to note:
- The Purple Line's eastern end at Whitefield, with Kadugodi nearby
- The Whitefield Main Road offices and ITPL
- Old Madras Road and Hoskote on the north and east side
- The Sarjapur Road office cluster and Varthur, southwest of the site
Walking to the metro is not realistic, so daily travel will mostly be by road. Drive your commute at evening peak before you book.
Who Should Consider It
This project is aimed at people who like large gated communities on the Whitefield side and can live with a 2030 timeline. From a small one-bedroom to a four-bedroom with domestic help quarters, it gives first-time buyers, growing households and upgraders a choice.
Think carefully about the wait. A buyer pays instalments for several years on a home that does not yet exist, often alongside rent or another loan. Anyone who must relocate within a couple of years is better placed with a completed project.
The Township Layout
Forty acres and 24-storey towers leave space for a big amenity zone and for shopping inside the compound, which smaller projects rarely provide. Phasing matters here too.
Residents are promised these facilities:
- A big clubhouse with gym and indoor games
- Swimming pool and decks
- Courts for different sports, with jogging and cycling tracks
- A creche and play areas for children
- Yoga space, entertainment zone and a party hall for all purposes
- Gardens designed by landscape architects
- A retail block and offices within the township

Construction and Fittings
Towers use an RCC frame with solid concrete blocks for the walls. Living areas have vitrified tiles, the master bedroom a wood-finish tile, and windows are either UPVC or aluminium. Connected load starts at 2 kW for the smallest home and reaches 8 kW for the largest, with generator backup in common areas and inside each apartment.
Registration Status
Our October 2026 search of the Karnataka RERA portal found Brigade Granada unregistered. Townships of this kind usually register phase by phase, each phase receiving a separate number and completion date. Verify the number of the phase containing your tower.
Money paid before registration is a booking of interest, and a RERA sale protection is absent. Get refund conditions on paper, and wait for the phase to register before larger payments.
Before You Book
Because of the scale, add the following to your usual checks:
- Registered number and completion date of the relevant phase
- The phase and tower for your home, and that phase's due date
- A written list of amenities for the phase
- Both carpet area and super built-up area on the cost sheet
- A payment schedule tied to construction milestones
- Refund conditions on paper for any early booking money
