Brigade Calista, Budigere Cross: Prices, Phases and RERA Details (October 2026)

Families shopping for a ready-soon apartment east of Whitefield will come across Brigade Calista, a Brigade Group project near Budigere Cross. Two phases are under construction, each with its own regulator filing and a handover date in 2027. The sections below cover location, layouts, costs, approvals and the checks that matter at this stage of construction.
Where It Is
Phase 1 is registered at pincode 560049, in Bengaluru East Taluk's Bidarahalli Hobli, under Bommenahalli Village. The land comprises survey numbers 163 (part), 164, 165 (part) and 166/1 (part), listed together. Older papers may refer to Hoskote, since that was the taluk earlier.
The frontage is on Devanahalli Airport Road, next door to a Saint Gobain plant and facing Brigade Buena Vista, a finished community from the same builder. Budigere Cross is where this road joins Old Madras Road, and further on lie the Outer Ring Road and KR Puram. Offices in Whitefield can be reached by road, so time the peak-hour drive before booking.
People already living at Brigade Buena Vista can describe commute durations, schooling and shopping options first-hand. Their views are worth gathering before a final decision.
Project at a Glance
Two phases with three towers apiece occupy neighbouring land parcels. A summary appears below, and the Budigere Cross belt page gives wider context.
- Phase 2: 481 homes; three 18-floor towers, covering roughly 5.9 acres
- Phase 1: 506 homes; three towers, each with 17 or 18 floors, covering roughly 5.8 acres
- Layouts: 1 BHK through 3 BHK, including a version with a study
- Entry price: a 2 BHK at Rs. 1.04 Crore
- Declared finish dates: Phase 1 finishes 30 June 2027; Phase 2 finishes 31 December 2027
- Builder: Brigade Group, through the promoter Brigade Enterprises Ltd
Between them the phases give 987 homes spread over six towers and about 11.7 acres. Because each phase has a separate RERA number, the phase of a home sets its completion date.
Layouts and Starting Prices
Sizes start with compact 1 BHK units and end with a 3 BHK plus study. Quotes for the three main plans use built-up area.
| Plan | Starting price | Built-up size | Rate per sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 BHK | Rs. 1.04 Crore | 1,197 sq ft built-up | around Rs. 8,700 |
| 3 BHK | Rs. 1.44 Crore | 1,529 sq ft built-up | around Rs. 9,400 |
| 3.5 BHK (study included) | Rs. 1.75 Crore | 1,743 sq ft built-up | around Rs. 10,000 |
The RERA unit list also lists 1 BHK units plus 3 BHK units that have two bathrooms. Our team can send the latest price list, including floor-wise rates.
Homes still being built attract 5% GST over the base price. Registration is 2%, and stamp duty is 5% plus surcharges for homes costing over Rs. 45 Lakhs. Club membership, the maintenance deposit and parking are usually invoiced separately.
Who Should Look at It
Families with Rs. 1 Crore to Rs. 2 Crore to spend, a wish for a flat from a listed builder and the patience to wait until 2027 are the natural audience. Anyone who enjoys seeing a tower grow gets the chance to pick floor and facing while it is still going up. A shorter wait than on newer belt launches is a major attraction.
People who must move within months may do better with a ready-to-move resale flat in the vicinity. Anyone wanting a compact, low-rise neighbourhood should consider the size: nearly 1,000 families will use the campus after both phases are finished.
Facilities on Site
An indoor games room, a swimming pool and a gym are inside the clubhouse. Outside, the plan has sports courts, a jogging-cum-skating track, landscaped gardens and a kids' play area. An amphitheatre, a party area and a BBQ area serve gatherings, and shops inside the campus cover daily needs.
Some facilities in a phased project open only after the first residents arrive. Ask which amenities are complete when Phase 1 is handed over, and how many lifts serve each tower.
Approvals and RERA Numbers
Phase 1 carries PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/030223/005683 and Phase 2 PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/220823/006195. February 2023 saw the first registration and August 2023 the second. The local planning authority approved the Phase 1 building plan in December 2022.
Towers D to F make up Phase 1, due on 30 June 2027. Towers A to C make up Phase 2, due on 31 December 2027. The two numbers, plus each phase's quarterly progress filings, can be read on the state RERA website.
Questions to Settle Before Booking
With Phase 1 under two years from handover, attention shifts away from launch paperwork and towards progress on site. Cover the following.
- Establish the phase and tower of the home, along with its RERA completion date.
- Set the newest quarterly progress report beside what is visible at the plot.
- Request the carpet area, since RERA counts carpet space and not built-up area.
- Obtain one cost sheet that shows GST, floor rise, parking, club charges and deposits.
- Make sure the balance payments are linked to construction stages.
- Time the drive to the workplace at rush hour, starting at the project gate.
Buyers wanting a later handover and a wider choice of layouts can compare Brigade Belvedere, which launched more recently nearby. The Brigade Group page lists more of the developer's homes across east and north Bangalore.
