Tower heights differ: 20 storeys for B, 25 for C and 28 for A. Buyers pick between two three-bedroom layouts or a compact studio, and some pair a studio with a larger flat. Handover comes in two steps, October 2028 for B and C, then April 2029 for A.
Its land is south of Assetz Canvas and Cove, the earlier phase, yet this phase holds its own registrations and its own clubhouse. Only a handful of flats were still unsold in the July 2026 filings. Structure work was under way on every tower at that point.

Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 towers use shear-wall concrete cast in system formwork. Most rooms have vitrified tiles, with laminated wood in the main bedroom. Wet areas get anti-skid tiles.
Engineered wood with veneer forms the front door, with mesh-fitted aluminium windows. Fittings are Jaquar or similar, and switchgear Schneider or similar. Each three-bedroom flat has a 5 kW supply backed by half that on generator.
Recycled water and rain harvesting aim to cut water use by about 79%. Common areas draw on solar panels.
Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 RERA and Approvals
Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 holds two separate Karnataka RERA registrations. APG Habitat Private Limited promotes both, on land shared with its owners, and BBMP cleared the plans.

Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2 progress in the July 2026 filing put Tower C ahead at 82%, framed to its 20th storey. Tower B reached 63% and its 12th storey.
Tower A, begun in July 2024, showed 29% with seven storeys framed. In that tower, only 8 of 244 flats were left unsold.
