Assetz Canvas and Cove is a part-complete apartment project by Assetz Property in Begur Road, Bangalore, with four residential wings beside Begur Lake. It is the first of two phases on this lakefront, with 723 flats spread over 7.31 acres. The C and D wings were finished and cleared for occupation in August 2025.
The A and B wings, two towers of 15 floors, are scheduled for completion on 30 April 2027. Across the project, the choice runs from compact studios through two-bedroom flats to three-bedroom homes. The neighbouring Assetz Canvas and Cove Phase 2, the later phase, uses the same clubhouse grounds and lake park.
The lake wraps the northern and western edges of the plot, so many flats look over water or the park. Electronic City and the metro line on Hosur Road are both within a few kilometres.

Assetz Canvas and Cove RERA and Approvals
Assetz Canvas and Cove carries two separate Karnataka RERA numbers, one for each pair of towers. The promoter on both is APG Habitat Private Limited, and BBMP is the plan approving authority.
Registration details for each pair:
- C and D wings, 450 flats, registered on 2 July 2020: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200702/003480
- A and B wings, 273 flats, registered on 25 October 2023: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/251023/006347
A completion certificate and an occupancy certificate were issued for the C and D wings on 7 August 2025. Phase 2 has registrations of its own, so match the number to your tower.
Assetz Canvas and Cove Construction Status
Assetz Canvas and Cove finished its first two towers in 2025, and the second pair is now in the final stretch. Work on the C and D wings ran from October 2020, with the completion date moved from March to December 2025 before the August 2025 occupancy certificate.
The A and B wings reached 87% completion in the October to December 2025 quarter. Building there started in November 2023, with handover due by April 2027.
