Puravankara Sound of Water offers four villa designs. Type A is the four-bedroom plan with four bathrooms, and the B, C and D designs have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A staff room is registered with each villa as its own unit.

• Phases 1 and 2, four bedrooms: 2,572 to 2,672 sq ft
• Phase 3, three bedrooms: between 1,797 and 2,339 sq ft
• Phase 3, four bedrooms: close to 2,749 sq ft

Floor by floor

On the ground floor of Type A are the living and dining spaces, a kitchen with a utility, one bedroom and the maid's room. The upper floor carries three bedrooms around a family room. The top level has a party hall and an open terrace, fitted with a bar counter for evenings outdoors.

Puravankara Sound of Water holds three Karnataka RERA registrations, one for each phase, with Puravankara Limited as promoter. The details:

A single BBMP plan sanction of 10 November 2014 covers the phased build. Phase 1 has 98 units in eight blocks, Phase 2 has 53 and Phase 3 has 60, registered as row houses.

Building work at Puravankara Sound of Water varies by phase. Phase 1 is complete, with its completion filed in August 2020. In December 2025, Phase 2 had reached 98% and Phase 3 had reached 95%.

Phase 2 was due by June 2026, and Phase 3 is due by June 2027. Occupancy certificates come next, and we will post them as they arrive.
