Prices at Prestige Palm Residences open with Rs. 2.07 Crore, matched in our table to Type C, the most compact villa. For the three Type B layouts and Type A with four bedrooms, a price is quoted per villa on enquiry.

With the Phase I occupancy certificate in place, a purchase moves straight to a sale deed. Backup power covering the whole villa is charged separately. A home loan is the usual route, and the EMI calculator gives the monthly figure for a chosen amount and term.

Villas at Prestige Palm Residences follow three basic designs, named A, B and C, with mirrored versions of some layouts. All of them have rooms on two floors and a usable terrace on top.

Type C (3 BHK)

Type C is the narrowest design, with a super built-up area of 2,809 sq ft and 1,915 sq ft of carpet. A bedroom, kitchen, utility and maid's room share the ground floor with the living and dining room. The master bedroom and one more bedroom are upstairs with a family lounge.

Type B (3 BHK)

Type B1 measures 3,427 sq ft, Type B 3,453 sq ft and Type B2 3,464 sq ft, each with 2,230 sq ft of carpet area. They add a study and a courtyard downstairs, and the first floor opens onto a wide terrace.

Type A (4 BHK)

The largest home is Type A, with a super built-up area of 4,296 sq ft and a carpet area of 2,939 sq ft. It has four bedrooms, a room for a home theatre, and a three-car porch. A shaft for a private lift is built into the plan.

Prestige Palm Residences uses imported marble for the main living spaces, the stairs and the master bathroom. Bedrooms get vitrified tiles, while balconies have anti-skid tiles.

Other fittings in each villa include:

Registration of Prestige Palm Residences with Karnataka RERA, for the first phase, carries number PRM/KA/RERA/1257/334/PR/190108/002286. The promoter is Prestige Estates Projects Limited, and the villas are a joint development with AFI Properties.

That registration takes in the club and 24 villas. Its completion date, first set for January 2022, moved to October 2023 under a COVID extension and a further extension. Kotekar Town Panchayat then issued the occupancy certificate, dated 12 December 2024.

Construction at Prestige Palm Residences is finished for Phase I, which families can now occupy. Villas are still offered for sale, and our team can arrange a site visit. We will also confirm which villas are open and the timeline for the next phase.
