Unlike the earlier phase, this one tilts towards larger homes. There are 326 two-bedroom and 220 three-bedroom flats, against just 17 one-bedroom units. Carpet areas begin near 428 sq ft and reach about 914 sq ft for the biggest 3 BHK plans.

Three of the towers, J, K and L, rise to 27 floors, and M, N and P are 15-storey blocks. Residents share the campus clubhouse and gardens with Godrej Park Retreat, the earlier phase. Families who want a bigger flat close to the Sarjapur Road and Outer Ring Road offices may find the 3 BHK plans a fit.

Godrej Park Retreat Phase 2 is in east Bangalore, within Kodathi village, a short way from Carmelaram junction on Sarjapur Road. Carmelaram is also where a metro station has been proposed, roughly 6 minutes from the site by car. The Outer Ring Road can be reached in about 15 minutes outside peak hours.

Several large employers are a quarter of an hour or so by car. Embassy Tech Village is about 13 minutes away, Cessna Business Park 14 and Global Technology Park 16. Hospitals include Cloudnine at about 15 minutes and Sakra World at about 18.

Families have a good spread of schools nearby. Harvest International, Primus Public and Royal Concorde International are each about 12 minutes off, and The International School Bangalore about 14. Compare it with other projects in Sarjapura Road before deciding.
