Godrej Air NXT is a residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bangalore, developed by Godrej Properties. It is located at No. 365, Seetharampalya, Hoodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048, in the Whitefield belt of the city. The project is completed, with possession running from September 2023 onwards. Godrej Properties is the real estate arm of the Godrej Industries Group, formed in 1990 and headquartered in Mumbai. It has sold homes to more than 100,000 families across the country.

The project stands as a single tower of 17 floors on 1.9 acres, holding 109 units. With only one tower, the choice for a buyer here comes down to floor and facing rather than which block to pick. On 109 units spread over 17 floors, roughly six or seven units typically share each floor.
