Axis Antara

Axis Antara is a residential apartment project on Begur Road in Bangalore, developed by Axis Concept Group. The project is completed, with possession from June 2021. It is spread across 4.2 acres and includes 128 units across 3 blocks, each rising to 4 floors.

Axis Antara offers four broad configurations, from 1 BHK studios to 2 BHK homes. The 1 BHK studios measure 405 sq ft and 450 sq ft. The larger 1 BHK plans range from 565 sq ft to 745 sq ft. The 1.5 BHK units run from 745 sq ft to 810 sq ft. The 2 BHK units span 850 sq ft to 980 sq ft, the widest range in the project. Every configuration is now sold out with the developer.

Axis Antara was priced from ₹54.5 lakh for the smallest 1 BHK studio, which works out to roughly ₹13,450 a sq ft. Since all unit types are sold out with the developer, a buyer today can only enter through resale. Resale pricing should be checked directly with the seller and is likely to run above the original launch price, given the completed status and the years since possession began in June 2021.

Axis Antara includes a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a gymnasium among its shared facilities. Residents also have a games room, an activity area and outdoor courts, plus a dedicated table tennis area. Landscaped gardens, a kids play area, retail spaces and a party area round out the amenity list.

No RERA number is listed for Axis Antara. Current registration can be checked on the Karnataka RERA portal. Since the project is completed, buyers should also check the occupancy certificate, khata and latest property tax receipt, and confirm the current owner's name matches the documents before purchase.
