Shriram Solitaire is registered with Karnataka RERA as TOR/PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/221116/000068, dated 16 November 2022. The registered promoter, Shriprop Homes Private Limited, belongs to the Shriram Properties group, and the BDA approved the building plan on 20 February 2016.

Shriram Solitaire Construction Status
Shriram Solitaire construction is complete, and the homes are ready to move in. The October to December 2025 quarterly update showed all works done, shortly after the occupancy certificate came through.
