Hiranandani Loftline Plots is a plotted development in Thaiyur, on the southern outskirts of Chennai, developed by House of Hiranandani. The project is completed, with possession from March 2025.

The layout is spread across 22 acres in Thaiyur, with the address recorded as Q653+3J6, Thaiyur, Tamil Nadu 603103. Hiranandani Loftline Plots offers seven plot sizes, from a compact 20x30 plot to a large 50x70 plot, giving buyers a wide choice within one gated layout. Between these extremes are the 20x50, 20x70, 30x60, 40x60 and 40x65 options, so a buyer can pick a size closer to their own budget.

What a buyer eventually builds, and how many floors it can rise to, depends on the setback margins and floor limits that local building bylaws allow for that plot size. Until construction begins, an empty plot still draws maintenance charges and property tax while earning no rent, a cost worth budgeting for separately from the purchase price.

Since the project is completed, the price can be paid in full against a clear title without waiting on construction elsewhere in the layout. A buyer should still confirm the current maintenance charges for the completed common areas and check that the seller's documents match the exact plot being sold. Comparing the rate per sq ft across the seven sizes is also worthwhile before choosing one.
