Godrej Splendour is a 7.63-acre under-construction apartment development by Godrej Properties in Belathur, Krishnarajapura, a short drive from Whitefield in East Bangalore. It makes up Phase 1 of a Godrej township of about 17.76 acres. Nine wings, lettered A through H plus J, hold 1,161 homes in one-, two- and three-bedroom sizes.
Godrej has booked out the whole phase, so a buyer today deals with an owner rather than with the builder. Work reached 96% in June 2026, and the completion date is 20 March 2027. The second phase is sold as Godrej Splendour Elevate, with separate towers and a separate RERA number.

The one-bedroom plans come in six layouts, with the sink and counter inside the kitchen. In two-bedroom flats both go in the utility area instead. A seller can share the exact plan of a flat, and we pass it on before any visit.

- Electricity: 2 kW for 1 BHK, 3 kW for 2 BHK and 4 kW for 3 BHK, plus generator backup for lights
Godrej Splendour RERA and Approvals
Godrej Splendour Phase 1 holds Karnataka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/160622/005000, approved on 16 June 2022 in the name of Godrej Properties Limited. The Bangalore Development Authority sanctioned the building plan in May 2022. Fire, BESCOM, airport height and environment clearances form part of the registration file.
Elevate carries a different number, so confirm which phase a resale flat belongs to before paying any token. Progress for Phase 1 is reported every quarter on the RERA portal.
Godrej Splendour Construction Status
Construction at Godrej Splendour reached 96% in June 2026. The frames, masonry, plaster and floor tiling of all nine wings are done, leaving the building services, waterproofing, gardens and clubhouse. The registered completion date is 20 March 2027, after which Godrej applies for the occupancy certificate.
