DSR Group has built in south India since 1988, led by managing director D. Sudhakar Reddy with D. Prabhakar Reddy as executive director. The group reports more than 70 completed projects.

It works in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Nellore and Chennai, across both residential and commercial development. Operations are headed by Bharat Reddy, a civil engineer with a post-graduate qualification from NICMAR.
