Siruseri is the southern end of Chennai's OMR corridor, built around the SIPCOT IT park that holds some of the city's largest technology campuses. It is a planned employment zone rather than an organic neighbourhood.

Land around the park is what the market trades on, and plotted development plays a larger role here than it does further north on OMR. Metro Corridor 3 terminates at SIPCOT, which is the single biggest change coming to this end of the corridor.

Plots make up most of what we list here rather than apartments. Prices run from about ₹21 lakh to ₹89 lakh with the middle near ₹30 lakh, which makes this among the most affordable stretches of the corridor. DLF India lists the most, with Pacifica Companies, Casagrand and TVS Emerald also present.
