Century Novus is an under-construction apartment project by Century Real Estate in Jakkur, Bangalore, built on 2.5 acres of Nehru Nagar near Jakkur Main Road. Its 234 flats are shared between two towers, with 124 homes of two bedrooms and 110 of three.
Two-bedroom layouts measure 1,010-1,160 sq ft super built-up and opened at Rs. 78 Lakhs. The three-bedroom range covers 1,275-1,645 sq ft, with rates quoted on request. Only a handful of flats in either tower are still unbooked.
Work had reached 82% by June 2026, and RERA lists 31 August 2027 for completion. The project was first marketed as Codename New You and has IGBC's Pre-Certified Gold green rating. A car-free podium, Vastu layouts and a clubhouse of 10,000 sq ft shape life on site.

Century Novus prices begin with the 1,010 sq ft 2 BHK at Rs. 78 Lakhs, close to Rs. 7,720 a sq ft on super built-up area. Three-bedroom flats are quoted on request, since few remain. We share the open units and any resale flats with their current asking prices.

Century Novus is located on survey number 10/2 of Jakkur Village, Yelahanka Hobli, reached from Jakkur Main Road. NH 44, known locally as Bellary Road, runs roughly 1.5 km west, linking Hebbal in one direction and the airport in the other. The nearest landmarks are Jakkur Lake and the old Jakkur Aerodrome.

Century Novus floor plans come in two bedroom counts spread over towers A and B, with 117 homes in each tower. Every flat follows Vastu and gets one covered car park.

Century Novus amenities are split between the 10,000 sq ft club and a landscaped podium kept free of vehicles. Indoor rooms cover fitness, work and childcare, while the podium holds the water, play and lawn areas. The facilities are grouped below:

Century Novus towers each rise 41.45 m over one basement and a stilt floor, with 12 floors of homes above. The sanctioned FAR is 2.25, and the design is pre-certified Gold by IGBC.
BWSSB supplies water, with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant on site. Outdoor areas use smart LED lighting, and EV charging and power backup are included. We email the full finish schedule for flooring, doors, windows and fittings on request.
Century Novus RERA and Approvals
Century Novus holds K-RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/100423/005853, issued on 10 April 2023 for the whole project. Talreja Realty LLP owns the land and is the promoter, with Century Real Estate as developer.
BBMP approved the building plan on 13 February 2023 under LP number BBMP/Addl.Dir/JDNORTH/0039/21-22. Water, pollution, environment, power, fire, airport-height and telecom clearances have all been granted. Major banks lend on the project, usually against a 20% down payment.
Century Novus Construction Status
Century Novus construction reached 82% overall in June 2026, up from 80% a quarter earlier. Each tower is 95% done, with the frame at 96% and masonry at 98%.
Plastering and flooring were at 95%, joinery and railings at 65%, painting at 45% and the clubhouse at 65%. Finishing, landscaping and the podium amenities come next, ahead of the August 2027 deadline.
