Century Kindle is in its early building stage, with progress at 8% in the July 2026 update against 4% in April. Earthwork started on 13 March 2026 and foundation footings on 2 May 2026.

Work on the basements is scheduled from December 2026, and the tower frames from July 2027. Completion is due on 14 March 2031.
