Main Elevation - Bricks And Milestones Solcrest

Families shopping for room to grow in North Bangalore have a large new option in Bricks and Milestones Solcrest, a gated community of six towers and 780 apartments on 9.3 acres. The address is Bileshivale Main Road, an offshoot of Hennur Road, and handover begins in 2030. This guide sets out the setting, the six floor plans and their prices, the registration record and what to verify first.

Where It Is and How to Reach Things

Rampura Village in Bidarahalli (pincode 562149) is the locality, and survey number 25/1 identifies the plot. Bileshivale is at the outer end of Hennur Road, where the road turns into Hennur-Bagalur Road, which runs towards the airport.

Bhartiya City, with offices and a mall, is nearby on Thanisandra Main Road. Southwards, Hennur Road or Thanisandra leads to Hebbal, the big tech park at Manyata and then the ring road. Northwards, a drive along Hennur-Bagalur Road reaches the Kempegowda airport without touching Bellary Road traffic.

Kalyan Nagar and the stretch of Hennur Road around it supply schools, hospitals and shops. For the wider belt, see the Hennur Road locality page.

Is This the Right Project for a Household?

The mix leans toward bigger homes. The smallest, a 2 BHK, measures about 1,332 sq ft, the duplex 4 BHK reaches roughly 3,300 sq ft, and a household can move up in size without leaving the campus. The 3 BHK that comes with a study suits anyone working from home for part of the week.

Employees of the tech park at Manyata and offices on the Hennur and Thanisandra stretch are the obvious audience. Handover here starts in 2030, so anyone needing a home in two or three years should compare finished projects nearby.

Six Plans and Their Price Bands

Across all plans prices start at Rs. 1.4 Crore and end at Rs. 4.25 Crore, and the price band of each plan shifts with the floor and the facing of the flat.

  • 2 BHK of 1,332 sq ft: Rs. 1.40 Crore, reaching Rs. 1.51 Crore at the top end
  • 3 BHK of 1,516 sq ft: Rs. 1.50 Crore, reaching Rs. 1.76 Crore at the top end
  • 3 BHK of 1,764 sq ft: Rs. 1.80 Crore, reaching Rs. 2.07 Crore at the top end
  • 3 BHK with study of 1,992 sq ft: Rs. 2.07 Crore, reaching Rs. 2.32 Crore at the top end
  • 4 BHK of 2,500 sq ft: Rs. 2.75 Crore, reaching Rs. 3.11 Crore at the top end
  • Duplex 4 BHK of 3,300 sq ft: Rs. 3.96 Crore, reaching Rs. 4.25 Crore at the top end

At the bottom of each band, the 2 BHK works out near Rs. 10,510 a sq ft. The 3 BHK plans range from near Rs. 9,890 to near Rs. 10,390 a sq ft. The 4 BHK is near Rs. 11,000 and the duplex near Rs. 12,000.

Costs layered on the band

A buyer should expect the following additions when working out the total outlay.

  • GST at 5%, charged while the homes are under construction
  • Karnataka stamp duty of 5% with surcharges, and registration at 2%
  • Charges for parking, the clubhouse and a maintenance deposit
  • A corpus fund, if the cost sheet includes one

Instalments follow construction stages in the sale agreement. Our team can send the cost sheet and schedule for a unit you shortlist.

Facilities Planned

Residents get a clubhouse with a gym, a pool, a spa, a health club and a room for indoor games. Gardens and an open-air amphitheatre fill the space between the towers. Further features include:

  • A meditation and yoga deck, plus a track for jogging and skating
  • Sports courts of several kinds
  • A play zone and a creche for children
  • A pet park and a small theatre
  • A party lawn and retail space within the campus

Registration and Handover

Karnataka RERA registered the project on 15 December 2025 as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151225/008336. Bricks & Milestones Homes LLP is the promoter named in the entry, and 5 November 2030 is the date by which work must end. Handover from 2030 would fall inside that date.

For a buyer, the handover date in the unit's sale agreement and the clause on delay are what can be enforced against the developer. Both deserve a careful read.

The Developer

The company develops housing in North and East Bangalore. A second live project, also under construction, is The Earthscape off Gunjur Road in the east. Both are listed on the Bricks & Milestones developer page.

What to Do Before the First Payment

With years of construction ahead, early diligence matters most. Work through these points.

  1. Verify on the RERA record that the chosen tower and unit are in the registered plan.
  2. Ask for the unit's carpet area as defined under RERA, together with its built-up area.
  3. Obtain a cost sheet that shows where your unit falls in its band and adds parking, deposits and all taxes and fees.
  4. Have a lawyer review the title papers and the conversion order for the land, plus an encumbrance certificate covering survey number 25/1.
  5. Read the draft sale agreement, paying attention to stage payments and what happens on delay.
  6. Test the road from the site towards Hennur Road at weekday rush hour.

On possession day, the tower's occupancy certificate should be handed over ahead of the keys and the last payment. Registration of the sale deed and the transfer of khata complete the purchase.
