The registration of Assetz Miru & Miyo with Karnataka RERA, dated 5 May 2026, carries the number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/050526/008621. APG Green Homes Private Limited is the promoter company.
BDA cleared the building plan on 17 March 2026. Clearances are in place from the water and sewerage board, the pollution control board, BESCOM, the fire department, AAI and BSNL. Payments from buyers go to a RERA escrow account at HDFC Bank's Kasturba Road branch.
Assetz Miru & Miyo Construction Status
Groundwork of Assetz Miru & Miyo started with earthwork and levelling on 1 April 2026. By late June 2026 the earthwork figure was 10%, and each tower had reached 2%.
Foundations and retaining walls follow, then the two basement levels. The completion date on the registration is 31 March 2031, and fresh progress figures are added every quarter.
