Type 2 has a saleable area of about 1,827 sq ft and a carpet area of about 1,312 sq ft. The carpet figures are the RERA carpet area plus the balconies, so the strict RERA carpet is a little lower in each case.
Both plans give about 72 percent of the saleable area as carpet including balconies, which is a reasonable efficiency for a tower with two passenger lifts and a service lift per core. The renders show large living balconies, and the developer's specification lists vitrified tiles in the living areas and laminated wooden flooring in the bedrooms.
Doors are engineered wood with a veneer or laminate finish, windows are three-track UPVC with mosquito mesh, and the bathrooms carry Jaquar and Kohler fittings or equivalent. Each home gets a 5 kW power supply with 50 percent generator backup, and the top-floor homes get solar water heating.
