Arvind Greatlands
Arvind Greatlands is a fully built plotted layout project by Arvind Smartspaces in Devanahalli, Bangalore, set in Lingadeeragollahalli village off Adarsh College Road. The gated estate spreads over 42.65 acres and holds 612 residential plots for owners to build their own villas. Rs. 1.02 Cr buys the smallest standard plot, a 1,200 sq ft site.
The airport-area planning authority (BIAAPA) cleared the final layout in October 2024 and freed every plot for registration. Buyers therefore pick a finished site with roads, water and power already laid.

A 15 m wide avenue runs in from the gate, and every plot follows Vastu. Monogram @ Greatlands, a resort club at the entrance, offers owners a paid membership.
