Prestige Panorama is an under-construction residential project by Prestige Group in Maradu, Kochi. Planned as one tower of 18 levels, it holds 136 flats in 2 and 3 BHK sizes between 1,254 sq ft and 1,748 sq ft. The 1.58-acre parcel belongs to a larger campus shared with Forum Mall and a second Prestige tower, Prestige Cityscape.
The tower is named for the wide views over Kochi from its upper terraces. Homes occupy levels 1 to 17, eight to a floor, grouped around two lift cores. Residents have the top level to themselves, with a pool deck, a gym, steam and sauna rooms and a party hall.

Prestige Panorama is located a short way from Kundannoor Junction, on the NH-47 bypass between Vyttila and Aroor in Maradu, PIN 682304. This part of the bypass is lined with international car showrooms. Vyttila Junction is some 3 km to the north, with a metro station at a similar distance.
Connectivity and landmarks
The site is close to where NH 47A, NH 49 and NH 47 converge. The airport, the Kakkanad IT belt and MG Road are all reached along these roads.

Inside the homes
The 2 BHK has two bathrooms, a wash area near the bedrooms and a balcony beside the living room. Each 3 BHK comes with three bathrooms, and a utility space opens off its kitchen. Type B has one balcony, while Types C to F each have two.

Prestige Panorama RERA and Approvals
Prestige Panorama is on the Kerala RERA register as K-RERA/PRJ/227/2020, and its promoter is Prestige Estates Projects Limited. The local body building permit for the project is E1/BA/A3/2396/2011. We suggest confirming both numbers with the Kerala authority before booking.
Prestige Panorama Construction Status
