Prestige Orchards

Prestige Orchards has no plots left with the developer, as Prestige Group has sold the entire layout. Resale plots appear from time to time, priced by their owners. A corner position, the facing, a park-side spot and the plot's size usually decide what a seller asks. We can share current resale listings and help compare them.

Prestige Orchards offers plots in square-yard bands, each with one or more frontage and depth options. The 300 sq yd band (111 plots) and the 400 sq yd band (107 plots) make up most of the layout. Here is the full split:

• 111 plots of 300 sq yd (2,700 sq ft), each 45 by 60 ft
• 107 plots of 400 sq yd (3,600 sq ft), at 48 by 75 ft, 60 by 60 ft or 50 by 72 ft
• One plot of 444 sq yd (4,000 sq ft), at 50 by 80 ft
• 42 plots of 500 sq yd (4,500 sq ft), at 50 by 90 ft or 60 by 75 ft

Prestige Orchards was built with its utilities taken underground right up to each plot. The internal roads are bitumen-topped, with footpaths, tree-lined avenues and planted medians. The infrastructure list is as follows:

• 24-hour water through an underground sump and overhead tank
• Two water lines per plot, one domestic and one for drinking
• Underground electrical cabling and sewer lines
• Sewage treatment plant
• Storm water drainage linked to rainwater harvesting
• Diesel generator back-up for shared areas
• LED lighting on streets and common areas
• Entrance portal, security post and boom barrier

Prestige Orchards carries TS-RERA registration number P02400005132, issued by the Telangana real estate authority. Anyone may look up the entry on the TS-RERA website. Before buying a resale plot, compare the plot number and size in the sale deed with the approved layout.

Prestige Orchards has been completed, with the layout finished in the second quarter of FY 2023-24. Roads, parks, utilities and the entrance are all in place. Each buyer builds a separate villa, so the community grows one house at a time.
