Prestige Ocean Towers carries two MahaRERA registrations, one per tower, both held by Prestige Projects Private Limited. Both are active, and the completion dates on each were moved later in 2026. Registration details are listed below:

Prestige Ocean Towers Construction Status

Prestige Ocean Towers is under construction, and site work started in January 2024. By September 2025, excavation and foundations were in progress for both towers, along with the basement structure.
